About Us

Our Story

The Trident Group, Inc. (TGI) has been providing services in the government contracting industry since 2002. Glenn Meyer, TGI’s founder, spent 10 years as a Project Management Consultant, before launching TGI as a small defense contractor to provide IT and software development support to Prime Contractors. Over the next decade, TGI grew steadily, landing significant subcontracts with large prime contractors like Boeing and SAIC.

Everything changed for Meyer when he discovered that via Cloud Computing it was possible to provide one integrated solution for the entire contract lifecycle – from capture to closeout.

The OneTeam idea was born in the summer of 2014, and the team set out to build a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that would affordably leverage Cloud technologies to provide any small or medium-sized business with a web browser, access to sophisticated, enterprise-grade management tools.

The hand-picked team building OneTeam have demonstrated their unique talents, passions and commitment by earning the Boeing Performance Excellence Award for outstanding work on the Missile Defense Program for the past 7 years, and currently hold the coveted title of Boeing Gold Supplier, the highest achievable supplier status level.

Our Vision

OneTeam was born in 2014 when Glenn Meyer realized the world of government contracting could be exponentially improved by leveraging the benefits of Cloud computing.

Our vision is to radically improve the way small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) in the government contracting industry capture and manage contracts by providing one integrated, affordable, Cloud-based solution.

SMB government contractors will soon be empowered to manage their contracts through the entire lifecycle – capture to closeout – like never before.
